Met Writers Enjoy Holiday Break, Players of the Week Program To Return in Two Weeks!
The MBWA Player of the Week program will return for the remainder of the 2025-26 regular season with a nomination deadline of 1 pm on Monday, January 12, 2024, with nominations from sports information departments accepted for games played during the week of January 5-11.
We will announce the selections for those nominations, as usual, on the succeeding Tuesday, which is Jan. 13, 2024. We also have additional exciting news which will be announced during this break time, so stay tuned to the website for more!
As always, if you can file nominations much earlier than the absolute deadline, please do so. It would be much appreciated and help our logistical process.
