The 2025-26 All-Met teams will be honored at the 93rd MBWA Haggerty Awards dinner on Thursday, April 23, at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel & Conference Center in Tarrytown, NY. The Haggerty dinner is the longest running, media-managed college basketball awards program in the United States.

A 6-1 junior guard from Brooklyn, NY, Anderson --- who was named to the All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference First Team and was the CACC player of the year, as well as being selected to the NABC All-America Division II team --- helped the Golden Falcons (28-4, 19-1) capture both the conference regular season and tournament titles, and secure a berth in the NCAA Division II postseason.

Starting 31 and playing in all 32 of Felician’s games, Anderson proved himself to be both a dynamic scorer and playmaker. In his first season with the Golden Falcons after attending and playing one season each at Coastal Bend Junior College and Clinton College, he led the CACC in scoring with 658 points, was second in the conference with 20.6 points per game, while averaging 5.5 rebounds and recording 79 steals. He also led the conference with 171 assists, which was 11th best nationally in Division II, and shot 49.2% from the floor and 84.4% at the free throw line.  1595

Anderson topped 25 points in single-game scoring on eight occasions and twice struck for 30-plus points.

In his 11th season at the Felician helm, Lewis was designated the CACC coach of the year for the first time after guiding the Golden Falcons (28-4, 19-1) to a school record for victories, their first outright conference regular season crown and the program’s second trip to the NCAA Tournament (2022, 2026).

Following Felician’s first-ever NCAA victory, the team was ranked No. 21 in the nation as it advanced to the East Region’s second round where it bowed out of the postseason.

A former player who graduated from Felician (2004) with a Bachelor’s degree and earned his Master’s from California (PA) University (2010), Lewis prior to enrolling at Felician played for Tompkins Cortland (NY) Community College, where he led the NJCAA in scoring as a freshman in 2000-01 and graduated with an Associate’s degree in 2002. Lewis resides in East Rutherford, NJ, and his career head coaching record for 11 seasons with the Golden Falcons is 144-143.
